Please order your prints first and then upload your file.
Your order will only be valid and processed after you have an item ordered,
a print-file uploaded,  and the total amount paid.(except cash on delivery, of course) 
Do a TEST ORDER (last item on Menu) first, if you are uncertain how online ordering works.

1  Export your design file to JPG (CMYK) or PDF
    All pictures need to be  CMYK - all text exported as outline ( curves).
    In case of background pictures or background colour please give it a bleed of min 2.5mm.
    If you don´t know how to do this, go to Design Studio or use the form in the other tab,
    your file will be converted and uploaded, at an additional fee of € 10,00

2  Go to Upload Area and upload the file.
   (You need to be logged in to do this)

We keep your files stored in your Upload Area - invisible to other users -
if you want to reprint a file, send a direct mail from your Upload Area to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
instead of uploading again.

Reprints

We store your files in your upload area (1 year)

In case you had a file printed previously and want to reprint from this file:
1 Place your order in our Online Shop - choose "File is already uploaded (reprint) from dropdown menu
2 Go to "Upload Area" , activate the box next next to the item that should be reprinted
3 Use the Button "Direct E-mail Sending" and send to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

I want the artwork to be done by a professional

You can order your prints first and then have your artwork done, or vice versa.
